We use your vehicle details and uploaded documents to generate your Professional Vehicle Assessment. We may use aggregated, anonymised information to improve our assessments and service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. Your card information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on MyCarPilot systems.
Data Retention
We retain your vehicle details, uploaded documents and generated assessments so you can access your report. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share information where required by law or with our service providers (such as Stripe) strictly to operate the service.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within one month.
